This webinar is designed to help key members of a financial institution’s compliance staff understand the laws and regulations which have been developed to fight money laundering and terrorist financing. Upon completion of this course, attendees will have the tools necessary to develop & properly implement policies and procedures to comply with current Anti-Money Laundering statutes. Participants will receive an overview of OFAC, Bank Secrecy ACT, USA PATRIOT Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and will learn specific ways to control compliance with their regulations.
